Refund Policy

Due to orders being custom made, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges nor issue refunds. 

Defective Prints 

If your prints are defective/damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery for revision. If the error is on our end, we will reprint/reship your order at no additional cost to you. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address you will need to pay shipping again for your order to be reshipped.

Please note low quality/incorrect submission files are not subject to reprint. You would have to place a new order & submit the correct files
