DTG DTF Transfers

• Most popular garment heat transfer and most versatile

• Suitable for cotton, poly-cotton and polyester fabrics

• Tested to 50+ domestic wash cycles

• Recommended file types: PNG (No background), JPG (With Background), PDF or PSD.

• 300 dpi is required for all raster files. 

• Artwork must be submitted without a background.

• Vector artwork is best for the highest quality print.

• All artwork will be printed in CMYK. For any artwork submitted in RGB, colors are subject to change when converted to CMYK. Please note this will change the overall look of your design and will be shown in your proof.

• Pantone colors are accepted, some exclusions apply.

• Artwork cannot contain any effects such as glow, drop shadow, neon colors, or glitter

• GANGED ARTWORK IS ACCEPTED ONLY WHEN YOU SELECT THE GANG SHEET OPTION ON ORDER FORM. All artwork will need to fit on sheet. Your design cannot be bigger than the sheet size you selected.

•Copyright material is not permitted and orders will be subject to cancellation.

• Some DTG Transfers orders must be approved by the customer before printing via email, with one of our Graphic Designers, if the order is needs further clarifications.

• Average production time is 3-5 business days, during high volume times please expect anywhere from 4-7 business days

• After completion, DTG Transfers orders will ship UPS 1-4 day shipping (depending on the state you're in) once completed

Cut off time for artwork submission is 9am ET

Due to orders being custom made, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges nor issue refunds. 

Defective Prints 

If your prints are defective/damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery for revision. If the error is on our end, we will reprint/reship your order at no additional cost to you. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address you will need to pay shipping again for your order to be reshipped.

Please note low quality/incorrect submission files are not subject to reprint. You would have to place a new order & submit the correct files

DTG Transfers orders will ship UPS 1-4 day shipping (depending on the state you're in) once completed

• We do NOT recommend the Circut Easy Press or any manual hand heat press as it is difficult to achieve and maintain the pressure needed for these transfers.

• Letting us know the color of your garment will ensure we produce this transfer perfect for your garment. Incorrect garment information can lead to issues with your final result.

• DTG Transfers is considered a custom ordered product, this makes it a non-returnable product.Pricing discounts only apply to each singular job/artwork.
